Tamarind is now owned and run by Master Executive Chef Jasbir Bola. Mr. Bola is widely known in the triangle area for his personal involvement and efforts in bringing up two other restaurants - India Palace I and India Palace II - before turning his focus to Tamarind India Bistro. Mr. Bola also manages a successful catering business, serving customers in and around North Carolina.
